About the Program
This program will cover all aspects of criminal record relief. Any individuals who have suffered an arrest or conviction should be interested in the many recent and important legal changes having a major impact on lessening or erasing the impacts of criminal arrests and convictions in areas of credit, employment, housing, and federal aid, for example. The Speaker will walk you through the steps necessary to clean-up a criminal record.
About the Speaker
Domenic J. Lombardo, Attorney at Law, has been practicing as a criminal defense lawyer in San Diego for over 33 years, having started at the San Diego Office of the Public Defender in 1991 and then opening the Law Office of Domenic J. Lombardo in early 1996 as a sole practitioner. His practice is dedicated entirely to the defense of individuals accused of crimes. Mr. Lombardo maintains an active role in a number of local, state, and national associations of criminal defense lawyers. These law organizations help provide ongoing education and specialized training for criminal defense attorneys while also advocating for the guarantee of individual rights of citizens in criminal cases, including:
California Attorneys for Criminal Justice
Criminal Defense Bar Association (Board Member)
National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers
California Public Defenders Association (Private Attorney)
Criminal Defense Lawyer’s Club (Past President)
Mr. Lombardo regularly provides training programs for lawyers in areas of criminal record relief.
