Well, as far as in the feds. It's not about a switch or anything on a gun, it's about you getting caught multiple times and now they have the chance to pick up the charge. What youngsters don't understand is that when you catch multiple gun charges that are state or multiple drug charges that are state, that leaves you in a predicament to become either an armed career criminal or career criminal. That's what they call you and charge you with in the feds. I just did a fed bid for drugs.
