Crisis Core Reunion finale hitting me like a truck right in the feels. Twitch: / lost_epitaph 0:00 Final boss 21:30 The price of freedom is steep 45:40 REMAKE epilogue whaaaaat!?
Thank you! That's very nice of you to say! At least I think so lol! Years of attachment plus real life stuff might have this as a result! Thanks again from dropping by!
I didn't play Crisis Core when it came out as I didn't have a PSP. I did watch a streamer play it 6 years ago though and the ending killed me. Finally getting to play it myself when Reunion came out was so amazing. The ending broke me all over again. I hear you, It has been a tough year. But we're almost at the end of it now. Let us hope for better days to come
It doesn't hurt less in HD :D :D I'm actually looking forward to FFVII Rebirth and the whole side story that is going to happen there. And I actually hope we get any info in regards to Cissnei (I still want to know her real name). Be it any info drop on her or seeing her personally. The locations I would expext have the highest chance of having any info on her might either be Costa de Sol or Gongaga.
In fact, I think HD pain is more painful than SD pain lol! Oh, count me in for that! I want more of her in Rebirth too! Might she be living with Zack's folks? Don't ask me why, but I've always had this weird feeling her and Jessie look a lot alike...
@@lostepitaph6471 We have never been given her real name. You get to choose her name in Before Crisis. So most assume her "real name" is what you name her in BC.
(translated lyrics) Your inner eye has clouded over so much that it's impossible for you to see. Does any emotion still reside within the depths of your heart? Having the entire world at your fingertips, Is that what you consider happiness? Why? Why do look up into the lonely heavens? Why? Can't you laugh a little? I understand this character of yours. This disposition that is incapable of putting anything into words. What was it that came to be in your sequestered past? These eyes of yours, they refuse to meet the world. All alone with only the lonely night to cradle you, Is this the warmth that you have come to know? Why? Why are you so concerned with the way you look? Why? Can you not open up your heart a little? You've been taxed by this heavy burden for so long, It's time that you learn to accept yourself. Have more faith in yourself... It is those who are free that are stumbling... It is those who are free that are insecure... Why? Why do you look up at the lonely sky? Why? Can you not laugh, even slightly? I can appreciate This reticent character of yours. You only have to try to believe...
I am convinced that anyone who plays this game and doesn’t cry has no soul. No matter how many times I see this ending, it just kills me. Zack is my favourite FF character.
I'm really glad there are people out there who can still be so affected by Zack's death in the remake. Zack's new VA really takes me out of it unfortunately :/
You've grown so attached to Rick Gomez that it'll take time to feel his new VA. Zack is still Zack though, gotta give the man a chance! Thank you for dropping by!
@@lostepitaph6471 idunno man, he just sounds like he'd be a better Sonic the Hedgehog :/ if it couldn't be Rick Gomez, I'd at least take the guy who voices Riku, he sounded kinda wooden in KH3 but it's closer to Zack's tone of voice for sure
Yeah, I feel you. I also liked Rick. Zack sure sounds different now, but I'll still cherish both versions of him. Maybe the direction makes some changes to how he should sound and it might be better in Rebirth! Let's cling to that hope AND hype lol!
Zack's VA was actually great in this. I'm really sick of this ignorance that's been spreading about the "bad voice acting" in this game, even though that's not true and everyone is missing the point. The VA's are great, it's the poorly written dialogue and lackluster translation (of both versions old and new) that is to blame for the things everyone is thinking "removes the impact", coupled with the unfair bias of rose colored nostalgia for people mistakenly thinking that their earlier days or their childhood makes it better than it was.
