lol, some of my family memebers are in construction line. Here also builder profit ranges from 10-15% , The rest 30%-35% goes as bribe to government officials. Without considering this slump in real market, In Australia, atleast you are getting 90% of what you paid for, in India you get 50-60% value of money you paid for. Just look at australian cities and look at our city such as mumbai, pune and nagpur. Thats why unless you have big business in India, most of rich and upper middle class are leaving to foreign countries as Indian cities are not worthy for them.

I don't think you were good in academics , my brother got job in energy sector. His salary is A$420000. Think twice i am in IT sector in India, here i have salary of Rs 18,00,000 per annum. A good 3BHK house of 1000+ sq ft in mumbai cost Rs 3.5 cr+. Though other than housing everything in cheaper in india. But a person with my skill and experience gets paid nearly A$250000 in Australia. I did crack an interview but they offered me A$180000. As soon as i get A$250000+ , i am leaving india.
