Chicken Marinade Preparation
Boneless chicken : 250 gram
Lemon juice : 1 tbsp
Ginger and garlic paste : 1 tbsp
Coriander crushed : 1 tbsp
Thymol seeds : 1/4 tsp
Red chili crushed : 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek : 1 tsp
Salt : 1 tsp
Red chili powder : 1 tsp
Cumin powder : 1 tsp
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Onion : 1 medium size
Green chili chopped : 2 to 3
Coriander chopped
Gram flour : 120 gram
Rice flour : 3 tbsp
Pour water little by little and make a thick paste
Now cover it and rest it for minimum 2 hour / for whole night
*Frying:
Heat up oil on medium flame
Do not turn side for 3 to 4 minutes
