2 lbs Pork Belly- washed & dry
1 tsp table salt
2 Tsp garlic powder
1 tsp white vinegar
2 Tsp my seasoning mix
1 oz Mothers Best BBQ marinate (you can use any marinade you like).

1/2 cup chilli powder
1/2 cup Paprika
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp celery salt
2 tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp table salt
