3 eggs
2 tablespoons semolina

3 glasses of water (600 ml)
3 cups granulated sugar
5 - 6 drops of lemon juice

Preparation of
First, let's prepare the sherbet for our dessert. For this, let's mix sugar and water in a suitable pot. Then let's boil it for 15 minutes.
At the end of the time, let's add lemon juice and boil the sherbet for another 5 minutes, remove it from the stove and let it cool.
Let's melt 100 grams of butter in a pot or pan suitable for the dough.
Then add 1 pinch of salt, 3 cups of water and 2.5 cups of flour and mix well with a spatula or spoon. At this stage, it is useful to stir constantly. The dough will thicken quickly and come together.
Let's take the darkened dough from the stove and transfer it to a kneading bowl. Let's ensure that the temperature of the dough comes out by constantly stirring it with a spatula.
After it has cooled sufficiently, add 3 eggs one by one and mix the dough well.
After adding all the eggs and mixing them into the dough, add 1 tablespoon of starch and 2 tablespoons of semolina. Let's mix it again one last time.
Let's put about half of the dough we prepared into a squeeze bag.
Let's wrap the dough in a spiral shape and squeeze it into the pan where we added oil. At this stage, we squeeze the dough into cold oil.
Let's start cooking it slowly after squeezing it so that there is space around the edges of the pan.
After the bottom surface is completely browned, hold the dessert with a pair of tongs and turn it upside down. Let's fry the other side in the same way.
After both surfaces are nicely browned, place the dessert into the sherbet that you have prepared and cooled beforehand.
Let's leave our dessert in the sherbet for a short time to absorb the sherbet, then transfer it to the serving plate. Let's serve it by decorating it as we wish. Let's bake the remaining dough by applying the same process. Enjoy your meal!
