Crispy fried jalapeños
Pickled jalapeños
Louisiana crispy fish fry breading mix
Put jalapeños in ziplock bag and pour seasoning mix in and shake until coated
Fry until desired color

A retired firefighter from WMFD in West Memphis, AR. I moved to the sunshine state a couple of years ago and we love it in Florida. I enjoy cooking and I usually did the cooking at the fire stations, mainly because the cook didn't have to clean up, lol. Most of the recipes I shared on here I've cooked at the station. 🤗👏🏾👏🏾 I just want to thank you so much for making this video as simple as possible because I really trying to find a video that did not require using beer and that's actually using the package batter and I did not have luck 🤦🏾‍♀️😩until your video 😊 this is exactly the way I want to fry mine except I will be using the unpickled jalapenos so I'll be also using eggs thank you again for the video it's well appreciated 🤗

yeah I can do this with my peppers from the garden. Got like 5 different kinds of peppers. I get crispy jalapeños from the grocery store. they in a green and white bag. I tell ya. they are good!

Can you use the same recipe for air frying an how long and at what temp

I’ve never tried it, but I’m sure you can, I would do them the same way and use a little cooking spray on them put them in the air fryer at 300 for a couple of minutes and see what they like like.
