Crispy homemade hash browns. Perfect with hot pepper sauce and ketchup!
INGREDIENTS:
3 medium russet potatoes 400 g (peeled 350g)
3 tbsp of corn flour
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tsp of onion powder
2 tbsp + 1 cup cooking oil
* The potatoes can be grated on a coarse-grate side of a grater or crushed in a food processor into small pieces.
*You can add cheese to your hash browns,and your favorite spices (paprika, garlic, etc.), whatever you prefer.
