1/2 cup Semolina
1/2 cup Rice Flour
2 tbsp Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 cup Onion
1-2 Green Chillies
Few Curry leaves
1 tsp Grated Ginger
3 tbsp Fresh Coriander leaves
1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
Clarified butter (Ghee)
TIPS
*the consistency should be like butter milk. if you think the batter is thick, add little more water.
*Make sure the pan is hot everytime before adding the batter.
*you can sprinkle some ghee or oil before adding the batter.
