This came out great. I had to make a few adjustments due to my many digestive issues. So I used sweet potato instead of potato, and lactose free yogurt instead of regular. I also skipped the crushed peanuts in the batter. Made the batter a little thick . With the first dosa I covered and cooked but it, it came out too soft, but the next few I cooked on a medium flame uncovered. Came out crisp and tasted awesome. @Hebbars Kitchen - thanks for another lovely recipe .
I am your fan. I like your recipes. I do try your method even if I know that dish. One thing I wanted to mention about today's recipe. During fasting we hardly use onion, potatoes and chillies. This is for your info.
I have saved this recipe and turns out good and delicious each time I make it. In place of green chutney, I make coconut chutney. My friends have also liked the recipe. Thank you for sharing, Hebbars we love you ❤
It turned out awesome. I did couple of changes. Boiled potato ka time nhe tha to normal peeled potato aur pani sath me grind kiya, plus samak nahi tha to uski bajay roasted kuttu rice ko grind krke add Kiya.. trust me awesome taste tha... Thanks Archana for your lovely recipes

Hey this is a very wonderful innovation, actually for a long time I was trying to test my cooking intelligence to make Farali dosa but I used my brains for everything except the addition of boiled potato for crispiness and binding was missed today, while I tried ur tip of potatao ,it turned out to be excellent didn't even realise that it was fararli dosa ..it was so crisp and mouth melting just upto the taste. ...thanks yaar...amazing recipe. ..a big day we had a big fat dine ...very filling 😊❤😊

Himalayan salt contains pottasium . Sea salt contains Sodium. Our body needs more sodium than pottasium. Consuming more pottasium is also not advisable
