Sanna pakodas (crispy onion pakodas) is a sindhi delicacy which is made with gram flour and onion. The method of preparing these pakodas is a little different than other pakodas as these pakodas are deep fried twice till crispy. These pakodas taste best with imli pudina chutney and ketchup. This is one of my most favourite recipes as I have grown up eating these pakodas atleast once in a week. If you have sudden guests at home, this is the perfect recipe to try for them. Also since monsoon is finally here, what better than these hot crispy pakodas with tea as evening snack.
