Crispy Pork Belly Made in a Pan
- Pork belly dry rub - Equal part of salt, black pepper, and 5-spice
- Pork belly skin rub - One part baking powder and two parts salt
- Refrigerate overnight uncovered
- Bake in preheated oven at 250 degrees F for 2.5 hours
- Broil for 15 to 20 minutes until pork skin crisps
- Rest for 10 minutes before serving
