Ingredients
===========
1 cup sabudana
1 cup water
1 cup roasted and crushed peanuts
4 small boiled potatoes
10-12 chopped curry leaves
1 cup chopped coriander leaves
6-7 finely chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon grated ginger
1 teaspoon red chilly powder
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seeds powder / jeera powder
salt
1/4 teaspoon haldi/turmeric powder
1 table spoon lemon juice
Oil
Recipe
======
1. Wash the Sabudana multiple times to remove extra starch.
2. Take a wide bowl and take 1 cup water to soak Sabudana. Soak for 4-5 hours in a wide vessel.
3. Pour sabudana in a bowl and add crushed peanuts, mashed potatoes, curry leaves
coriander leaves, chopped green chillies, grated ginger, red chilly powder
cumin seeds powder, salt as per taste, turmeric powder, lemon juice
4. Mix well and make a tight dough.
5. Make small balls out of this dough and press a little. Seal from sides.
6. In a pan, heat the oil in low to medium flame. Fry the wadas.
7. Tasty wada are ready to serve.
8. Serve with fresh curd and fried green chillies.
