I thought about making a meringue pepero by sanding meringue on a stick snack, and it turned out better than I expected! 👍

🎁 Meringue Sand Pepero 🎁
▶ Ingredients ◀ Meringue Sand Pepero (about 32 pieces)
90g egg whites
100g sugar
3g lemon juice
3g vanilla extract
mini crackers
mini chocolate biscuits
mini pretzels
◼ How to store ◼
- Take it out of the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes, then add the silica gel and store it in an airtight container or OPP bag.
