You can't judge him just on this. Fans run on the pitch during games and he stops security to get selfies with and hug them. He donates millions to charity. We all have bad days, let's not forget he gets this all day every day. Still a great guy

Yh, he said this in an interview actually that he wishes sometimes he was just able to do the things he loves like walking out freely or taking his family out to the park without having to be bombarded by lots of people congregating up to him and his family without practically giving them a second to breathe. He says this scares his children and his girlfriend as he does not know how they would react to this.

And yes there is someone to blame and that's the kid.
