@@yashsahai123 Thank you, Darling, for wording it for me (and Patricia tres) even better than myself. That's exactly, what I meant, just unable to express it this well technically.
@@abhishekchamoli8771 absolutely not bro. Indian classical is on an entirely different level. Such a different level, in fact, that it simply doesn’t belong in a conversation of music as inferior to it as western opera (relatively speaking)
@@anshumaanpurohit6707 check your old comment bro, most genres don't even come close,, that's totally disrespect of indian classical, and first of all agreeing on a comment that says if you can sing Opera, you can sing anything, people dedicate their whole lives in Indian classical
@@abhishekchamoli8771 not everything is a competition. I can appreciate Western Opera without taking anything away from the supremacy of Indian classical. So you can relax. No need to indulge in a pointless lecture. Also, ‘most’ ka matlab karle check dictionary mein. You don’t seem to be that good in English.
+Linda Hernandez It's called "The Doll's Song" (Les oiseaux dans la charmille) from The Tales of Hoffman ( Les contes d'Hoffman)which is an opera by Jacques Offenbach. The name of the character who sings this aria is called "Olympia" who is an automaton. This roll is performed by a coloratura soprano.
Most singing acts in USA get a golden buzzer as long as they come with a sob story. This is the one of the very FEW singing acts that truly deserve a golden buzzer. It's so different and incredibly unique plus they voice is crazy incredible. So awesome that she can take her opera voice and turn it into rockstar talent!
Gaming w/ Daniel Ok that’s weird i searched opera and rock to see if bohemian rhapsody would come up (idk where i got the idea) and someone else is mentioning freddie 😂 but what has he got to do with the comment
She performed the absolute perfect audition to go from opera to metal in less than 3 minutes and did them both brilliantly, how can anyone knock this down?? I keep coming back to this every couple of months when I need a smile, it is fantastic and the judges reactions are great as well! I really don't understand the dislikes...I guess they're pop fans...sorry guys THIS is music that you have to actually sing and have talent!!
@@Pashasmom1 thank you, yes she is gorgeous, unfortunately we won't get rap's grip on us until we lost Kanye, Dre, and a host of others. Eminem does sing parts of his songs so I don't count him as bad as the others I've seen. I'm sorry but I just don't understand how rap is happy, feel good music that you actually need talent for. Maybe some day I'll get it.....have a good one!
You are so so correct. Going from opera to metal is extremely difficult to do. ESP since there’s not a break between the two for her to warm up her voice in both styles. And even with those obstacles, she nailed this. She didn’t just do it.....she did in perfectly. I hope she comes to the US and tours. I would pay a good bit to see her in person.
This is the greatest talent show performance there has ever been. I've watched it so many times over the last 4 years and it's still as mind blowing as can be.
tell her about "Simphonic metal" :) Tell her about Tarja, Amy Lee, Sharon den Adel and oher singers who play this genre :) Youi know, Nightwish, Within Temptation...
There are many rock singers with operatic styles or influences: Ronnie James dio, Bruce Dickinson, Freddie Mercury, David Draiman, Graham bonnet, Devin Townsend to name a few. Doesn’t sound reliable your science teacher
1:45 I love how the judges were looking at each other as they were truly shocked with the quality of this performance. I am sure that was the moment when they realised she was the winner for the whole season.
Not the first time I watched it, but it's also not the first time I thought that gorgeous blonde judge was like "I'mma tear her ass up!" Christina knew it too... even if she had a hot boyfriend/husband... lol at 2:22
She’s just amazing. I’m a musician and I know how hard it is to sing in two totally different styles. And she doesn’t just do that, but she does an amazing job of it. I hope she goes on tour in the USA because I would love to see her in person.
What I’d like to know with a voice like hers why has she never been discovered before 37 years old, a little more training and she would rival any female artist in Hollywood even the world. Her voice just proves not all great voices have been discovered.
@Grieg Ragen bruh I did an entire presentation on this in high school and college and both times I was met with dull looks from my classmates. They then got angry going “wtf you mean what we like is canned and processed garbage?!”
Anthony Ramirez Thank you! Check out Patricia Janečková performing this entire song ("Les oiseaux dans la charmille") at ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-mVUpKIFHqZk.html. It is magical!
yes, thanks. I often wonder what the songs are on some of these and I usually get an answer. Thanks Anthony. I know I've heard it before but didn't have a clue how to find it.
0:46 I was super surprised and impressed 0:57 I couldn’t believe it 1:26 I totally freaked out 1:47 I fell off my bed 2:08 I self destructed 2:19 the entire universe and all of existence got completely demolished
Looking at the slightly underrated first half, coming from an opera singer she’s clearly a professional and it’s very easy to tell she was classically trained. The second half is the second half nothing to be said about it 😂🔥
That is "les oiseaux dans la charmille" from the opera "Les contes d'Hoffman" by Jaques Offenbach. This amazing girl sang the version Natale Dessay sang. In short search: "Natalie Desaay Les oiseaux" and you will find it.
