Critically ill children evacuated from Gaza to Egypt 

The parents look well fed. So far, every malnourished-looking child has been suffering from a very serious medical condition requiring advanced medical care which is no longer available. Lack of food is not the problem.

1) you can push the translate button to read their comment, they said "because they are dealing with the most brutal creation, it's Israel." 2) this is how trafficking happens. Just like the US claiming to help migrants, many of the kids are being taken, never to be seen again, under the guise of "help." There is no good or valid scenario where a parent cannot accompany their child. I would rather keep my kid with me in any danger than out of my hands where I can't help her. This is so sad.

Egypt had organized a hospital in Sinai for severely injured Gazans 8 months ago. But nobody talked about it because they needed to make believe nobody was helping...

A picture: I saw a couple of AlJazeera clips; two kids in lowest teenages are telling; my parents are dead; Im now the alone caretaker of all my younger siblings... At first, I took it as propaganda: of course there are orphans, but there must be lotsa of humanitarian organisations too whom take care of orphans! UNRWA / UN, I know christian Diakonia is there, Red Cross, muslim Umma, probably even Hamas has something, possibly even Israel is represented with some jewish help organisation... So, AlJazeera was again using the terrible tragedy as clickbait. But now when we hear there are 20 000 kids missing - a terrible though strucks me: what if there ARENT no organisations properly taking care of orphans??? IF so, of course they orphans and children gone astray will tend to disappear...
