Raiders don't have a mascot. That thing was made for an old NFL cartoon that was on Nickelodeon. There are plenty of cartoon characters in the stands that the Raiders don't need one on the field.

I got my picture taken with Toro at a Texans game. I've also met him and the cheerleaders many times at the annual Running of the Bulls 5K run at NRG Stadium and at charity events around Houston. Yes, I did know that the Dallas Cowboys have a mascot, but Dallas fans rarely want to talk about him.
