Can't wait for him to finally end up doing something like Mid Major Basketball Arenas or something. You know he'll get there, and you know that video will be good
Neyland Stadium (officially pronounced "Knee-land") also had dorms under the south and east side like LSU, and from '88 when they closed until last year, most of the space was used for storage by the anthropology department to house its collection of over 3000 cadavers. Yes, there were actually bodies under Neyland 😂 Also, I think an honorable mention should've gone to Bristol Motor Speedway (capacity: 170,000) for hosting the largest ever attended college football game back 2016, Tennessee vs. Virginia Tech
I have also heard of The Body Farm and that is also a part of the anthropology department. The guy that made that concept absolutely changed the game for homicide investigations. Moreover, the archaeology department has also used their findings to help shed light on how people lived, as well as died, in historical times as well, so it is literally the gift that keeps on giving.
@@theshawshankinception1220 ...as do I... ...have always enjoyed going to other school's games...going to Memorial Stadium at KU in Lawrence next week (where the teams & the marching band outnumber the fans in the stands)... ...then to DKR Stadium at Texas in Austin in mid-November... ...looking forward to both trips...
Impressive to have that streak remain active through your worst season.... every? ... No doubt the dedication of Nebraska football fans is rivaled to none. You guys started the tradition of all one color... for decades it's been a "Sea of Red" ... Good to have you guys in the B1G
Gbr and this comment comes after we won against Michigan state n almost won against Ohio state we have ome of the best quarter backs in college football n he's a freshman husker train is starting to roll full steam watch out in the next couple years we will b back on top
ADKenkel they will always sell out because every team in the big ten will travel to see Nebraska fans have the heart ripped out of their chest. But seriously, as a Wisconsin fan I will make a trip every time we play there. Unbelievably loud, the home fans are great, and I love the Nebraska football history. Wish a speedy recovery to the black shirts!
Five Points Vids is the kinda RU-vidr to run out of ideas and then turn old ideas he used a long time ago update them and aim for a couple 100K views. No joke the most underrated sports RU-vidr in the world
He got all his info from Wikipedia, doesn't check sources. For diehard college football fans this is the kind of video we're all gonna click on.. but the inaccurate facts are annoying. C'mon man... Just get one additional source... Is there any other sports league that has teams who update their stadiums more than College Football?
got to love michigan's new play they invented. where 2 players, one of which is the team captain, removes the shoe of a player from the opposing team. it took 150 years for such a play to be invented? michigan IS the cutting edge of college football.
Super cool tradition that has my support as a Michigan fan as well. Kinnick Stadium seems to be one of the best environments out there and I would love to visit.
I got nothing against the South Carolina Gamecocks but unfortunately I just think they have a some of lame traditions compared to other schools. Sandstorm chief among them.
In "The Blind Side" Sandra Bullock's character told him NOT to go to Tennessee, "because they have bodies buried under the stadium." Well, yes and no. No, no bodies are "buried under the stadium". BUT... South Stadium Hall houses the offices for the Anthropology Department at UT. The UT Anthropological Research Facility (AKA the Body Farm) does store the skeletal remains of the bodies used at the Body Farm in storage rooms, underneath the stadium, in South Stadium Hall, once all primary forensic research has been performed on the bodies.
Do you realize how young Nebraska is this year. It takes time he got players who were not developed by a good coach. We better destroy buthune cookman. GBR
IdahoRodgers USMC You have no idea what you are talking about. Pelini was terrible for the school. Regressed every year and could not recruit. Part of the reason why Riley failed so hard (aside from his own ineptitude) was because Pelini left the cupboard dry. That’s why the talent level in Lincoln is so low.
I don't even watch college football, or football period, but man was this a fun video to watch. Hilarious on top of it, but my God, I didn't know some of these stadiums were that insanely massive.
I used to watch Maty Mauk play in high school (mainly when he would destroy my hometown team and leave me in ruin) and had such high hopes for him... he had high hopes, but for something much more different than football.
Any list without Folsom Field in Boulder, Colorado is incomplete. It is the most beautiful campus and stadium in the world, right up against the Flat Iron Mountains, and the red stone is majestic. The team has been so irrelevant for so long people forgot they are lead in by Ralphie the pet Buffalo in the most amazing entrance in football. Soon you'll all learn why it was considered so iconic in the 80s and 90s.
Cole Kitchen Nobody cares about attendance when you're winning national titles every other year. I'm not even a Bama fan but cracking on them about attendance is retarded.
The 12th man has a lot of history. their was a game where the aggies were losing a lot of players and the coach picked someone in the stands to come play for their players. But he never played. 1922
@@kh7955 - You miss the point. The joke happened a while back, he just reminded us of it. Speaking as a person who was taught "Roll Tide Roll" by the age of two, it really never gets old.
If you ever get a chance, try to see a game in the Rose Bowl. There is nothing like it. I have been to a number of college stadiums (Ohio State, Tennessee, Texas and others) but nothing beats the Rose Bowl on a sunny fall day when the San Gabriel Mountains glow in the background.
There were dorms in Ohio State's Horseshoe back in the 70's and I've been told the marching band could always be heard loud and clear, and not just on game days. TBDBITL practices a lot!
I've been to Doak before they renovated it. I'm a life long Clemson fan. I'm 55. In 1989 we were playing FSU there. When I tell you it was a piece of junk. We were standing on 2×8's in the endzone. From the outside it reminded me of an old high-school stadium. You could see under alot of the bleachers/seats. Go Tigers!!❤☝️
Spent time at University of Iowa Hospitals- staying with my elderly Dad- Had a chance to visit and tour the Children's hospital observation area- it is awesome and the wave is awesome. My elderly father passed- from severe stroke- but he was able to hear our stories about the Children's hospital- and responded with hard squeeze's to our hands. As a bonus- he was an organ donor for his beautiful skin, and at last report, 44 beneficiaries where suitable for his donor contribution.
You should do worst 25 stadiums in college football. And if this video happens because of me WSU's Martin stadium better be included. Roast my beloved stadium
nicthegiant I was thinking a Pac-12 one would roast Pullman more than enough. I mean, it’s pretty bad when your idea of exciting nightlife is going to Idaho. Also, why is it east-west instead of north-south?
@@EthanRKassel honestly we might do more than just bar hop and drink in the fields but I wouldn't be the one to know. Yes I go to the number 1 party school in the state but I am one of like 12 people that don't drink.

I’ve been to every ACC stadium except for Pitt and plenty of SEC stadiums as well to watch Clemson, so I’ll say this- Kyle Field is no joke. Texas A&M fans are extremely passionate about all of their traditions and culture, but they’re also one of the most friendly fanbases in the SEC and will gladly welcome visiting fans into College Station*. But when kickoff rolls around, they will let your team have it, going as far as yelling on 4th down when your punter is waiting for the snap. KF is the loudest stadium I’ve been to outside of Clemson, and it’s not even close. It’s an experience well-worth the trip. *This does not apply to Texas fans
I go to Penn State and I have never once heard anybody refer to The Whiteout as "The White House". The Berkey Creamery even came up with Whiteout ice cream this year for the week leading up to it.
I'm a Buckeye and, of course, love the 'Shoe, but I think Spartan Stadium is underrated. Went to a road game there and got to sit near the OSU bench, and it was scary. The fans are like right on top of you.
RunsWithFeathers as a Bama fan, I know all too well about that song...I went to the game at Williams Brice when they upset Bama a few years back. That song had the crowd going bananas and the stadium was legit rocking! They were super hyped that day and the atmosphere was crazy, 2nd loudest game I’ve ever been to!!
I personally knew Mr.Fail, he was my fathers boss for many years. He lived happy, with a bottle of wine a night, until he lost his fortune. And then died bless his soul.
Been to three on this list. Neyland, Beaver, and Clemson's Memorial. Despite Clemson being significantly smaller than the other two, it was BY FAR the loudest... and it wasn't even a sell out!
Straight up, Clemson fans really are some of the most enthusiastic (some would say rabid) fans in college football. And that does translate into serious noise. The fans know this, so this is one of the hardest places for an opponent to come in and play.
"And he scoOores! On the last play of the gAaAme!" I was a student at Michigan at the time and oh man, that was heart breaking. But it's still hilarious.
Its okay im used to it when everyone says "Let's all point and laugh at Georgia." When the Dawgs make it to big games I'm starting to get the I'm just happy to be here mentality. lol
As someone who's went to every home game at Michigan Stadium since 2012, I don't remember ever taking out my keys and jingling them. It's ok, I still love you FivePoints Vids.
I was thinking if yall did that seems like some fans would definitely lose their keys dropping them etc, on another note I'm a lifelong diehard BAMA fan but one of these days I'd like to go to Ann Arbor and watch a Michigan game at the big house, I bet it's a wild atmosphere
LOL THE MATY MAUK JOKE! We mad the kid cry at our conference basketball game back in high school. We chanted “Cry Matty Cry!” As we were whomping Kenton. Good times. Got screamed at by our AD for it 😂
Kyle Field has a lot not mentioned in the video. Tell me about your favorite school's stadium in comments below! 1. The 12th Man is so loud that I once could hear the fans from 2 miles away. 2. The north end of the field has a cemetery dedicated to all deceased Reveille mascots (Reveille VIII was recently buried there). After an expansion closed off the north side of the field, a scoreboard was placed there so they can watch every Aggie win. 3. "Sawing the horns off" shakes the stadium so much that it once made Kirk Herbstreit nervous. Texas A&M athletes are known for jumping into the crowd to join the 12th Man in this tradition, but (American) football is the only exception I know of due to safety reasons. 4. The second expansion added the "Hall of Champions" on the west side of the field. 5. Unlike most stadiums in America, Kyle Field is surrounded by statues that celebrate the 12th Man rather than the program history. 6. Alabama fans can get excited that Alabama coaches Paul "Bear" Bryant and Gene Stallings, both with connections to Texas A&M, are both represented with their names in the stadium and on local streets. For more about both coaches' ties to the university, type "Junction Boys" in an internet search engine. 7. The largest attendance at Kyle Field also is the largest ever in the state of Texas for a (American) football game: the 2014 game against Ole Miss at 110,631 (including myself). This record will most likely stand for a very long time, as the current expansion (from what I know) cannot hold this many spectators. 8. Kyle Field is one of the few (if not the only) stadiums in the world where the fans do not boo at the opposing team. However, the 12th Man is known to hiss at the opposition and at bad calls. This was once noted by a grateful Nick Saban on his weekly radio show after a road win at Kyle Field in 2015. 9. The partially demolished stadium in the video was taken in 2015 during the second expansion (west side) that was completed just before the 2016 season. 10. The 12th Man had a tradition of "standing on the wood." This meant that students would stand on the bleachers (formerly made of wood - hence the name) for the entire game except at halftime or during injuries. This tradition was discontinued after the 2015 season due to safety reasons, but that didn't stop students from disobedience. 11. While the 12th Man is known for being loud, the quietest it probably ever got was when Johnny Manziel hurt his knee in a game against Missouri in 2012. From what I've heard, you could hear a pin drop in the stadium.
HOLY SHIT I LOST MY SHIT AT THE GAMECOCKS ONE! Hilarious as always 5points! to be fair every roast was great! Surprised you didn't roast us Wiscy fans!
