I'm responsible for about 1/2 the views. This should be day 1 of the UEFA C course. Will there be a part 3 with added detail on the research & practical application?

This is such a brilliant webinar that goes into the depths of what is really going on when someone is learning something. Excellent, I am always a firm believer that you need to get right to the root of the medium you are working with. With this sort of background understanding, you can now plan and prescribe training more affectively. Instead of just throwing some random drills together and playing a scratch match.

A very important information how the brain actually works. Sometimes it’s not about yelling at an athlete not loud enough but about his brain not being able to process information: vision or vestibular deficit. A great explanation and examples, video is easy to listen. For those who are not good in English, there are an auto translate subtitles and speed slow down options to convert it to your language🤙
