At this campsite, we met friends on their return from Croatia and spent a nice, albeit windy, time. Very modern, clean and nicely located place. 19 Euro / day with ACSI Camping Card.

We already knew this place from previous trips and here we met with friends. Peace and serenity characterize this beautifully situated small campsite. With 30 Euro / day (2 persons + Womo) not cheap, but if you are looking for rest here (in the preseason) just right.
Tip for a restaurant visit:
Just above the main road you can eat very well with a magnificent view.
Enter Izletište "Kod Grge" / Agroturizam Strnj in Google Maps and you will arrive at a culinary paradise with very nice operators. The climb is worth it!

Continue to Dubrovnik, our tip: refueling on the way to Bosnia and Herzegovina! There it is cheaper than in Croatia.

This place (small, simple, clean for 19 Euro / day) is ideal for a trip to Dubrovnik. By bus, or as we did, by taxi boat to the old town of Dubrovnik. For the boat variant you pay about 18 euros.
The Alstadt is, even if one was already in Dubrovnik, always an experience. However, it is advisable to visit in the afternoon or early evening when the day and cruise tourists are no longer in the city.
A tour of the Satdtmauer is part of this but with about 30 euros no cheap pleasure more.
We reached with Mlini the southernmost point of our journey and start back to the north.

We drove to the peninsula Pelješac and took a break in Mali Stone. For a tour of the longest fortification in Europe, the fortress wall Ston, it was too warm for us that day. So it remained at a small site visit.

For the onward journey to Trogir we decided on the ferry connection Trpanj-Ploce (about 45 Euro), in order not to have to drive back the peninsula and over the border connection Bosnia and Herzegovina.

I do not want to write about the campsite. An emergency solution for us who is not worth the money. Those who have the time and want to spend a few days near Trogir are better off at the Labadusa campsite (www.labadusa.com/), which is a bit further away from Trogir.
But now that we wanted to visit the beautiful Trogir, we decided on the completely crowded and loud o.g. Campsite. The next day it went on anyway.

Also this place was known to us. But since we moved during the holiday season, this place was very well visited. Nevertheless, we got a seat in the 1st row. And spent the last days there.
For our parking space search we like to use the apps of Campercontact and Park4night. The ACSI Camping Card is also accepted in some places in the preseason.
