Hi guys! If you are making this cardigan, when you are attaching the front and back panels together, make sure to leave about two inches in the middle between the 2 front panels! Or if you are making it now, make the 8 innermost squares on the front panel where the opening is an inch or two skinnier just so you deffo have that space in the middle! OR you can make the top two most innermost squares into triangles

i actually made this cardigannnnn!!! eee it was so much fun i worked on it for 2 weeks and finished it aha. im only 13 and this was a big project thank you!!
posting this comment so i can update it daily! i'm doing a pink, purple, and yellow themed one, those are my favorite colors. also, i'm cropping it so i'm doing half of the front and back panels! day 1: did two squares! one pink and one yellow day 2: did another two squares! two purple day 5: uhhh it's been a while bc of final exams and studies but i did 6 more squares, two of each color, and two wrist ribbings day 14: officially summer break!! and i've completed sleeve 1, the back ribbing, and the back panel, now working on sleeve 2. had to buy more pink yarn, but now i have enough to finish the cardigan. day 15: completed 4 squares, have 4 more to make day 17: made 3 more squares, completed sleeve 2, couldn't crochet yesterday bc i got sick day i literally don't know it's been months: i finally finished it!! it took forever bc of my short attention span, and personal issues, but i did it. it's super cute and definitely something i will be wearing a lot in the autumn and winter seasons.
Even though its an overview your instructions are clearer then many of the tutorials out there...learnt alot.. especially when it comes to attaching the pieces together..thanks. 😊

I’m almost finished min and I have some questions, when your attaching the front panels to the back how did you do the upper most square that’s by the sleeve? And did you turn it inside out?

Thank you bc sleeves had been my major problem. And the shoulders! I'm going to use that sleeve stitch in the shoulders. I hate when the shoulder hangs halfway to the elbow. This will fix it. Thank you. Man! RU-vid has really made me lazy. I don't have to figure things out for my own. People on RU-vid take the frustration. And I live stress free... Well almost.

aside from the triangle mishap (lol) you make this so easy to understand! every other harry styles cardi tutorial seems much more complex. i might actually give it a try using this as a guide

Also, crochet skills must haves with respect to beginner level, intermediate.. Anyway, love everything you are doing. ❤️ There's hardly any tutorial as such.
