I like the fact that you do each part twice instead of just saying repeat. Great video and easy to follow my lil Cow is adorable!!

This is my second time following this pattern because I simply can’t get enough of this adorable lil guy! I made a green cow last time and I’m making a strawberry one this time :) some feedback though, the snout was confusing both time I made it. I ended up doing it my own way because I couldn’t understand what was happening 😭 but overall this is probably one of the best tutorials out there !!

@@badavocado1322 not OP, but I have had a crochet buisness opened for over 6 months now and it’s really slow tbh. I’ve noticed that a bunch of teens have started selling crochet at dirt cheap prices and it has driven down the market and the amount people are willing to pay. A lot of the listings I’ve seen are like 2-3 hours worth of work and atleast $8+ in materials for $15. It’s sad, people complain to those who even request minimum wage. I think if you can start a bunch of social media and gain following while starting up your shop, it will help make you more successful and people would be willing to pay you fairly for your products.

Hey I noticed many people were very confused of the snout, basically you just go around the chains you made: every chain has two sides. Do not turn your work like you would usually. If you have made a certain kind of bag this would be easier to understand at least I made one and it used the same teqhnique. Just look closely what she’s doing in the video. Hope this helped! ❤

If this helps anyone: This took me about 50 min to crochet and 50 min to sew if i calculated correctly. In total (with part one) the cow took me 3h 10min. This was my first amigurumi but I do have experience crocheting I‘d say i crochet at a medium speed Have fun making your cows :D

@davey_gravy_
@davey_gravy_ 7 месяцев назад
@@natalieblackbird9431 so once you have a chain it looks like a very skinny oval. So you put your stitches around the chains edges and it will eventually began to look like a bigger oval. If this didn’t help try to be more specific on what the problem is OK 👍

Increasing is just two single crochets in the same stitch! When doing a decrease, bring your hook into the back loop of the stitch, then go into the last loop of the next stitch . Yarn over one time, then yarn over again into the last three loops. And boom! I hope that helps

Can anyone help me please ? I am trying to make some crochet animals with the thick chenille type yarn and I can’t get the yarn to pull through with the crochet hook , I’ve tried using looser tension but it is so hard to control it uniformly . I see tutorials and they are going so fast with the hook going in and out with no problem , and I am so frustrated about it . I have been crocheting for over 30 years ! If anyone can help me I would be so grateful 😊

Go up on your hook size. Some chenille yarns suck and will get stuck and shred to pieces no matter what you do.

She did the snout definitely wrong Here is how i did it instead: 5 chains In the second chain from the hook 1 sc, in the next one 1 sc, in the fourth one 1 sc Then 3 sc in the last chain Then you basically continue on the other side of the chain, so 2 sc, and in the last one 3 sc 2. row: Inc in the first stitch, and then sc all around You have to stuff the snout a little before sewing it up
