In todays tutorial you see how to crochet this beaded mini flower string. For work you need a ball of yarn, a crochet hook and beads. The diameter of the beads is 1 centimeter. Hi all, i finally found pearls that would work. Walmart has a bag of 325 count pearls in a nice pearl, brighter white, 7.4mm, but the holes are big enough to fit a 1.5mm hook with ease. They are by the pipe cleaner aisle, not in their main bead jewelry section. I do believe the crochet thread is size 3 or 5. I prefer size 3 for substance of flower. Using a 2mm hook to make the flower, 1.5mm to thread the bead. Walmart carries the thread as well. Barnet, Red Heart etc. brand. Beautiful design! Hope that helps.

Love all of your videos! She is using a 2mm steel hook, or a B1 US hook. Also it looks like mercerized crochet cotton thread size 10, as in aunt lydias crochet thread, round at any craft store, joanns, michaels, hobby lobby, etc. And finally a size 12mm pearl plastic bead.
