Crochet Hairscarf tutorial 

Heres the written pattern I jotted down from the video if anyone needs it! Row 1 - Start by ch 26. Dc into 3 ch from hook, dc into 4th ch. Add 2 more dc into next 2 chains. Ch1, skip 1 ch, dc into next ch. Add 3 more dc into next 3 ch. Row 2 - Chain 3. Turn work. Skip 2 dc, dc into 4 dc from last roe. Add 2 dc into ch1 sp. Dc into the first stitch of the next dc cluster. Chain 1, sk 2 stitches, dc into last stitch of the chain 1 cluster. Add 2 dc into 1ch sp, 1 dc into next stitch. Chain 1 and rpt (1dc, 2dc into ch1 sp, 1dc) until end of the row. Chain 1 sk 2 sts, dc into last stitch of the row Row 3 - Chain 2, 2dc into 1ch sp, 1 dc into next stitch. Ch1, sk2sts, 1dc, 2dc into ch1 sp, 1dc into nxt sts. Chain4. Trip;e crochet into nextch1 sp. Chain4. Sk 3sts, dc into the 4th stitch. 2dc into ch1 sp, 1dc into the next stitch. Ch1, sk 2 sts. 1dc, 3 dc into last ch sp Row 4 - Chain 3. Sk 2sts, 1dc. 2dc into the ch1 sp. 1dc in the next stitch, chain 6. Sc into 4 ch sp. Sc into the top of the tc. Sc into 4ch sp. Chain 6. Sk 3 sts, 1dc into the 4th stitch. 2dc into ch 1 sp, 1dc into next stitch, chain 1, skip 2sts, 1dc into last stitch. Row 5 - Chain 2. 2dc into ch 1 sp, 1dc into next stitch. Chain 6. Sc into 6 ch sp. 3sc into next 3 sts. Sc 1 into 6ch sp. Chain 6. Skip 3 STs, 1dc into 4th stitch. 3dcingk last ch sp Row 6 - Chain 3. Skip 2sts, 1dc into next stitch, 3dc into ch 6 sp. Chain 6. Chain 6. 3dc into 6 ch sp. 1dc into the next stitch. Ch 1, skip 2 stitches. 1dc into the next stitch, 3dc into the last ch sp. Row 8 - Chain 3, skip 2 stitches, 1dc into next stitch. 2dc into ch 1 sp, 1dc into next stitch. Ch 1, skip 2 sts, 1dc into next stitch. 3dc into ch6 space. Chain 1, 3dc into ch 6 space, 1dc into next stitch. Ch1, skip 2 sts, 1dc into next stitch, 2dc into the ch1sp, idc into next stitch. Ch1, skip 2 sts, 1dc into last stitch. Row 9 - Chain 2. 2dc into ch 1 sp, 1dc into next stitch. Repeat (ch1, 2dc into 1ch space, 1dc into next stitch) until then end of 9!the row. 3dc into last ch sp.

I'm a little bit confused, I did chain 26 but when I finished the 1st row, I still had some stitches left...should I repeat the DC cluster (ch1, skip 1 chain, 4DC) again?
