I absolutely LOVE your tutorials. This year for my birthday my dad bought me some Marino wool yarn that was hand dyed to replicate Starry Night, and this particular hat pattern has made the yarn pop so beautifully! LOVE this hat. Have made 2 and love them both. Working on a cowl and this hat now....thanks, Crystal.....BTW....it seems to me you ar much happier and at ease since I last watched. I had stopped watching due to so many giveaways. I watched you for your tutorials and the banter between you and the Mr. In your shopping trips. I counted on your yarn reviews for insight on new yarn, but have a " thing" about feeling the need for giveaways to get folks to watch.....my feeling is that we will watch because it's you. This was one of the first hats I attempted back in January. It was not a good idea at that time. Today, after many other projects and learning new stitches and following your tutorials, I have successfully completed this hat. It is my favorite so far and I think it looks good with a matching scarf using the Inverted Shell stitch. My family will be getting sets for Christmas! Thank you so much for all you teach.
