thank you for clarifying the beginning of the rounds with the 2 chains cause I've always finding that 3 made a little space that didn't feel right!♥️

same here. my hands were all confused between doing the stitch and pressing pause and start. and yet i did not miss a stitch so i really am grateful. thank you. i got a 6 inch heart out of it. next time i’ll use my usual gauge 3 yarn and 3 mm hook. 6 mm is huge! my hands had difficulty moving it. 🤣

Waaay too fast for a tutorial. Gave up because I couldn’t keep pausing and remembering what to do. Sorry, I like the looks of the heart but if you want to teach people, slow down. !!

If you do not want to use the magic ring, then you could do 4 or 5 chains at most, then join with a slip stitch to the first chain to form a ring then work row one.

Yeah, I don't understand why people complain about the speed for this reason lol

I did look at the video again, after hearing that from viewers that it was too fast, so I was happy to make a new video. I recently recorded a new video, that will be at a slower pace, I am working on the editing now, and hope to have it uploaded real soon. This new video will also have the written instructions notes that appear near the top of the video to make it easier to follow for everyone :) I will post an update, once I have it uploaded.

You can always pause. That’s what I did and it worked wonderfully.
