Hi from Kure Beach NC. I refer to myself as an intermediate newbie but I’ve often found some videos hard to follow as it pertains to where stitches should join after rounds are completed. So I just want to thank you for using the sewing needle to clearly demonstrate where the hook should go for the next stitch, for explaining that “it might be hard to see but here it is.” That little extra step means the world to me! I had the best time crocheting hearts last night! I made Valentines for my kids and secured the hearts onto cards. They look adorable! Just dropped them off at the post office! 💝💝💝

New at crocheting and wanted to make something special for my friend. You teach very well. I love the updated tutorial very much, nicer to join at ends. For the tip I made a picot and turned out very nice.

Why do most ppl still do a Chain 3 after every round? When there are other ways of doing it like a Standing DC or a Stacked DC. I really don't like the way you can see the Chain 3 is an eye score. Looking at it the Chain 3 takes away from your nice hard work Crochet. Have your every done work without doing Chain 3 or chain 2?

Thank you. You have been awesome. I’ve learned more from several of you ladies on you tube and P. I learned at about age 5-8 yrs old. Had a family to monitor and crocheted off and on. Retired at 70 yrs of age and picked up my hook again. I will be 84 tomorrow (15) so these last years I’ve hooked for family,friends & church charities. I ask God to bless everyone who loves to do all kinds of crafts especially crochet.
