Crochet keychain | Crochet Afghan flower 

I go to a school where everyone in the school has to wear the same bag and it is hard to tell which is which even if u have ur name on ur bag so I'm definitely making this to put on my bag. Tysm for this lovely tutorial ❤

For anyone who is struggling to do the yellow, you can do 15-16 double crochets :) (I may be wrong but it should work)

written pattern: (sorry if it's not understandable i made it for myself to understand but i hope it helps someone out) ■mr, (ch1, doesnt count), 5sc & close circle ■R2: ch1, 5sc inc (10), slst (i did slst to 1st stitch not chain, but not sure) ■R3: ch1, (1sc, 1inc)x5 (15), slst ■cut long yarn, pull to back R1: ■Color B, slip knot ■connect to flower center (Color A yarn pointing outward, bring slip knot through any stitch) ■Ch5 ■insert through back bumps, pull through, insert through 1st space/stitch, yarn over ■yarn over, pull through 2 loops each time R2: ■ch1, 6 bumps & 1st space, pull through 2 loops ■repeat (bumps), insert to second stitch ■repeat to current stitch (each stitch gets two lines. outer side not included. each petal has 3 stitches, all 3 stitches have 2 lines. ) ■line 5 repeat into third stitch ■line 6 skip first bump ■slst to each bump, & 3rd stitch R3: ■ch5, pull through 5 back bumps, insert to next stitch, pull through. pull through 2 loops at a time ■ch1, pull thru back bumps & same stitch. ■line 3 & 4 to next stitch ■line 5 in next stitch after 3&4 ■line 6 skip 1st bump, continue ■slst to each bump & same stitch ■make another one. ■leave abt 50cm of yarn in one side of flower to sew ■sew them back to back. ■inset filling when one petal is left ■hide tail ●idk if you should add 50ch to one side of flower or do as the tutorial which is: ●slip knot, connect to finished flower, ch50, connect again, tie it and cut yarn. correct me if anything is wrong

I have been trying for so long and can't get it event though I've done more complex patterns before! When you are on the first pedal and you said now repeat 3 times, I watched your video and didn't see you chain 1 before doing the row. So do we chain 1 before doing each pedal row or only certain rows? Beautiful pattern though!

You don't say anything about turning your work after the 5th ch or 7th ch before you start the next row but I saw you do it on two seperate times. My question then is do I turn the work in order to put in for my 7th stitch for some reason or do I just keep doing what I've been doing? Thanks.

On the first 5 bumbs from the chain 5 it looks like you yarn over and pull through 3 and not 2

When you said "repeat 3 more times", i repeat it without watching your next step. But then, "insert to the 2nd space of the flower heart" (8:54) 😭 I regret those 3 lines

I have a question for the yellow center: You say round 1 is 5 sc stitches. Then you increase in every one of those 5 sc, which means 2 sc stitches x 5 = 10 st But in round 3 you say to sc + increase in each of those 10 st, and say it will give us 15 stitches. But my math says: 1 sc + 1 increase (=2 stitches) = 3 x 10 stitches from round 2 = 30 stitches, not 15 Am I wrong? I’m a beginner in crochet and I’d really appreciate if someone could correct or confirm this. Thank you!!!
