@@sarahalexander3551 It took me under 2 weeks, in between work and daily household chores. I also had to undo 26 rows when I realized the 133 stitches won't fit me so I had to first increase my base chain.
Is any one can tell me how much of the chains I have to make for M/L size. I don't understand what does it means 101 chs or multiples of 8 chs plus 5 additional chs

Hi rajeshwari600, I suggest you to make a foundation chain of about 21 chs or (2 x 8) + 5 to crochet a small sample. Then measure one repeat. If you gauge/tension is not the same as mine, use a smaller/larger size crochet hook to adjust it. Happy crochet!

Hi Stacy Fletcher, Other people also wrote me about the issue when they use a phone. I hope someone will fix this phone related bug (I'm not sure what that is) soon. I was told that it happens when phone users click the link for the very first time only. Then the link works fine (I did not experience that because for me all links work fine no matter how I open them). When RU-vid support opened links, they did not see the issue also. Later on they told me that it is a phone related issue. You may type the webpage address interunet.com/crochet-lace-cardigan-flower-pattern directly into you phone's search box instead of clicking the link.
