Hi Genna. I usually watch your You Tube videos on my TV so I don't comment. I've been following you since last fall and love all of your items. My Mom taught me how to crochet when I was 6 years old. I'll be turning 58 this year. :) I just love all of the plushies that you make! I ordered a few patterns from your Etsy shop so I can make a few of them. I really enjoy your enthusiasm, your love of crochet and your ability to make me smile when watching you. Thanks for the awesome tutorials, also! Keep smiling, creating and crocheting!
I will keep this pattern in mind once I learn more stitches. This was very fast for me but it is because I am a beginner crocheter. I love the Bee - I look forward to working up to this pattern. Thank you!!!
Hi Genna-I have been watching your channel and I absolutely love your content and your tutorials. They are very clear and easy to understand. I am 64 years old and have been crocheting since I was 11. I have just started getting into crocheting plushies. I was recently watching your tutorial for a mini bee. It is so adorable. I just wanted to respectfully point out that it looked like you were doing your invisible decreases incorrectly. When you go under the first front loop you don’t pull up a loop. You immediately go under the second front loop then pull up a loop and complete the single crochet. If you pull up a loop under each front loop you are essentially doing a regular decrease just under the front loops instead of both loops. I hope my wording is clear. If I didn’t see what you were doing correctly in the tutorial I apologize. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask me. You do beautiful work and I LOVE your turtles! That is going to be my next plushie project.
There are so many bee patterns out there. But your tutorial is fantastic. I love how you explained how to place the wings in the bee. I started to crochet Amiguruni while I had COVID in December and I have been hooked on it ever since. Thanks for you for sharing.
Genna, I have been watching your vids pretty much since the beginning. I am 15 and you have inspired me to keep crocheting. You are so kind, and if I knew you in real life I think you would be a really good friend😃🌺
Absolutely love baby snuggle from Hobbii too! I love bees too so will definitely be trying out your super cute pattern, thank you so much for sharing 💜💜🐝
I love your tutorials u explain it so well! In middle of making your strawberry turtle from ur tutorial on RU-vid! THANK YOU FOR UR VIDEOS!! Always intertaing ❤❤❤❤🐢
I've never done such a fast project. It's very easy and cute. I've never done a plushie until now. I do lots of blankets, stuffies and clothes. Thanks😊
Hi Genna, I really enjoy your videos. I have just recently started crocheting again and love how you explain things. It seems so easy the way you explain things. Tonight I made my first bee from your video, I didn't have yellow so I used pink and grey. I think it turned out pretty good. Thanks for you dedication and I will definitely look to your videos again.
Hi Genna, Thank you so much. I just getting back into crocheting and this is a perfect small project to start back. It seems simple and straight forward. I can't wait to start it!
This looks so doable for me....a super crochet newbie! I'm hoping this will work with the 'Big Twist Posh' as youtubers have mentioned it would be good for beginners. Thanks so much for this, Genna
Oi, Genna! ❤️🥰
Hi Genna please please can you do more plushie tutorials more often I fined your tutorials very useful and I understand your videos better than other youtubers tutorials
This is so cute Genna! Love it! ❤ Just FYI, for the decrease, you are actually just doing a normal decrease through the front loops. The invisible decrease is done a little differently. You go through the front loops of both stitches (basically combine them into one) then finish the single crochet like normal. It makes the decrease less bulky and more invisible. I hope that helps. I love your videos and your bubbly personality. Great job!!
Hey Genna! Thanks for the lesson! I have a hard time using the chanel yarns, so I use regular 4 weight. But I think he turned out well for my 1st try. 😊 You are definitely an inspiration!
I found out you can chain 2 in round one then crotchet the number of stitches needed into the 1st chain loop and it makes a magic ring as well. I prefer using this method that I found from another RU-vidr because it helps me have less knotted yarn at the start of a project. In either case, I enjoy all of Genna's videos and patterns. :)
Hi Genna, I came across your videos and love all of them!! your tutorials are the best to follow, you make it so clear and easy to follow to. I was hoping if you could make a tutorial on how to make a chicken. Please!! Am so happy I found you, your my favorite!
Congrats on 100k on insta and 75 on Yt! I just finished your regular turtle pattern and your penguin pattern! I’m thinking of using your dog pattern for another project! I wanted to make a sunflower turtle for myself, but I don’t know how to do the petals. Could you maybe make a video or short on how to make them? If not, that’s okay! 👍 Thanks! ❤
Hi Genna, Just wanted to thank you for your videos on Nessie. I made one for my granddaughter. Hope.she likes it. She's 10 now and already into boy friends. Kids gow up fast now. I made.your valentines Nessie in white nessie and pinks purple and red. Lol wish I could keep nessie for myself. Ty Norma
Thank you so much for all of your videos I will be attempting this soon! They are amazing and very helpful! I am wondering if you have any video to show how to resize your amigurumi? For example, if I bought a pattern for a bear that is about 8 inches, how would I resize it to be more like 12 inches without doubling up on the yarn or using a larger yarn? I'm still pretty new at doing these, and the plushier yarn makes it harder for me to figure out where my stitches are.
Hi, Genna! Great tutorial! I have noticed in this and other tutorials that you are doing the invisible decrease incorrectly. You are not supposed to pull up a loop through the first front loop. You are supposed to put your hook through the first front loop, then immediately through the second front loop, and THEN pull up a loop. In this way the decrease is truly invisible. It is probably not as big a deal with plush yarn, but I just thought you might want to research it so you are not teaching people the incorrect way of doing it. Also, congrats to you on over 75,000 subbies! You are a rock star!
Please answer!!!! Could you please do a tutorial for a falcon? A mini one? I would really appreciate it! It's for a project I want to do but I'm having trouble finding a good tutorial 😅 And also I am a beginner so...I thought you would be the perfect person to ask!!
Hi Genna I love your videos I'm a subscriber and do you have a video of how make a blanket because i'm a beginner and i love your videos and i would love to watch you have a go
Am I the only one who can't even get past the first part of making the magic whatever? I've been trying for 2 weeks now and I just can't do it. I am fustrated and starting to hate the idea of crocheting at this point.
