It’s a shame that different countries use differently terminology but being English I crochet using UK terms. US conversion is given in the video notes and there are lots of conversion charts available online
It doesn’t really matter. If you want to be totally exact then the stitch multiple is 3 but I don’t worry about it too much if it’s a stitch out here or there as not all blanket patterns will produce a multiple of 3 along their sides.
