I’m on my 33rd row and I gotta say is that, you’re right. It’s a rollercoaster. And also I kept making sure i count each stitch so that I don’t accidentally skip or miscount. I am so excited to finish this!
I'm so glad I came across to your channel! I started making this whale I think a couple of years ago and I wasn't interesting anymore, but now looking at your I want to make it and finish it! Thank you for sharing!
I used white (the bottom color) to sew the top and bottom together as the pattern stated. The sewing stitch that the pattern designer used is supposed to look invisible. I hope this helped and if you have any more questions please ask!
If it is the top part of the body your talking about, You are going to ch 1 (since this pattern is worked by chaining and turning at the beginning of each row) and sc inc in the first stitch. Then you are going to sc in each of the next 3 stitches. Then do an sc inc in each of the next two stitches. Then sc in each of the next 3 stitches and then sc inc in the last stitch of the row. I hope this helped but if you have any more questions feel free to DM me on Instagram @critter_crochet or you can leave another comment right here!
Starting at row 19 you use your beginning chain 2 as a stitch and then hdc in the first stitch. After this you will work as many hdc stitches as the pattern states and then do 2 hdc stitches in the last stitch. This is just an increasing technique and the chain and hdc at the beginning of the row is replicating a hdc increase. Hope this helped!
I would love to but sadly I do not know Spanish very well and this is not my pattern. You can check out 1dogwoof.com for the pattern and to see if she has a Spanish translation. I hope this helped!
