Wow! You are zipping along! You go girl! I didn’t add my coffee likes. My favorite is Caribou medium roast, it is very smooth. I drink my coffee black, no sugar or sweeter. I drink Newman’s own organic coffee mostly. Occasionally, I will add a pack of Swiss Miss cocoa. I only purchase coffee when it is on sale, because I would prefer not paying $12.00 for a bag of organic coffee. Love you ❤️ update: I too hate pumpkin spice. 🤢. I love spending time with you & hearing your stories, Kayla! Yes, I remember Sophia & loved hearing the stories about her & Phoebe. My Mum got a beautiful 7 year old chihuahua called Beauty a few years ago but sadly she died of heart complications after she'd only had her for 2 years. She's now got a puppy called Chico who is very lively, smart & hilarious!! He keeps her entertained! I tried using a tension ring recently as the yarn is creating a dent in my finger! I can't use them either even with trying it again tonight while I was watching you trying yours! I'm crocheting the Sagebrush Tank Top pattern that's on Ravelry in a beautiful blue cotton that's very soft. I thank God for answered prayer with Ms Curry taking you to your Dr appointment! Way back in 2016, I was off work for 6 weeks. I watched April the giraffe for the while 6 weeks and it really helped me through a rough time in my life. Now, I'm going through a rough patch again but I'm not off work. I watch your videos every day and find them to be a comfort. Kayla, you inspire so many of us. Not just with crochet but also with your outlook on life, your wisdom, etc. From the bottom of my heart, thank you.

Kayla you are doing so well crocheting not even a week from your surgery. Prayers continue for a speedy recovery. Today still working on shawl for my 104yr old friend in PA. The shawl is knitted using big scoop ice cream color blue and white. I think it is called blueberry. Also have a crochet one started made withe a Caron cotton acrylic blend. I like to alternate knitting and crocheting as they use different muscles that way you get less arm and hand fatigue at least for me I also get bored easily so changing keeps me from being bored. When we were young, we always had a fruit stand in summer and that's how I learned to talk to people and sell and I had a booth at the flea market and taught my kids that lesson also ❤😊😊
My husband names the male pets and I name the females. Right now we have four dogs, two boys and two girls. Abby, Gracie, Cowboy, and Reacher. German shepherd, black pug, pit bull mix brindle, and fawn pug. Can you just imagine the hair in our house? 😂

Good that Dakota can go with you and Jody and help drive too. I don't drink pumpkin spice but I do like pumpkin spice pies and cakes and that's enough pumpkin spice for me, LOL. That little duck blanket will certainly be a cherished item. Just think of the tales that young will have when he gets grown, "hey here is the duck blanket that was crocheted for me when I was a baby, by the wife of a man that worked with my grandma and that kind lady that crocheted it did so without having any fingers". So I have no doubt that that blanket will be very special to that little man and his family. I guess I wshould add Dakota to my prayers along with his sweet mama. It’s for my husbands grandniece who’s having her first baby. I discovered I had made a mistake that wasn’t super obvious but I knew about it and it bothered me. Seeing how you do such lovely work with fewer fingers than I have I figured I could frog it back to there. Praying for you! When I was able-bodied, I used to go to auctions and buy the boxes of stuff. Back then they were like a dollar to $3 a box. But you can take individual stuff out of that box and if you sell half the stuff for what you paid for the whole box, you're ahead financially. And every once in a while you'll find a treasure in there that is an antique that you can sell for a lot more.❤
There is something about “feeling” ,helps with my spatial approach to crochet….I don’t know how to explain it but I think the project becomes part of you you’re doing fantastic…. I never could use “aides” & people would question 🤪 ya know I think it comes with being stubborn( in a good way) every once in awhile I hit the wall & u helped me isn’t it wonderful we have a God who helps us & he brings us his people! My grandson is amazed by you- u r a big hit here! ❤️🔥💁🏻♀️
Have you contacted a church? Churches have ministries that help people. There may be a local church that has a ministry that goes out to help people with different things. There may be someone that would want to come to your house to help you daily with your feedings.

My middle daughter was born on New Year’s and my son was born on August 29, 2005 hurricane Katrina today always told him that he was my natural disaster. Hi kayla! My ring is a little different - its the one advertised as a peacock ring - I don't use it much, but the yarn goes inside the ring and can tighten the ring on my finger to make it tighter which creates more tension. I usually just wrap my yarn around my pinky twice to create tension, if the yarn is thin or slippery I might wrap it 3 times.
I'm on Medicare but not Medicaid so I'm in the same boat. They won't pay for anything to speak of. Story of my life. Always made too much money to get any assistance but didn't make enough to pay. So after working full time and then 2 part time jobs to support my kids my MS and other problems are now full blown. No regrets, just upset about the so called health care system.
I heard you say that you love hearing about the coffees we love, and all the details, so I thought I would add a little information here that I learned recently when I fell in love with a coffee k-cup that my Keurig wouldn't brew. I'm sorry to hear that you can't drink coconut because this coffee flavor is called coconut caramel crunch (by Kauai Coffee), and it is heaven in a cup in my opinion. Unfortunately, it comes in one of those "less packaging" k cups that is missing the plastic bottom and has just filter paper for the bottom. I'm not really fond of those because, like you, I like to put my k cups into a k cup organizer for easy access. The comments on Amazon were mixed about whether or not they worked in a Keurig, but I had used other k-cups that looked the same by Chock Full O'Nuts and they worked just fine, so I went ahead and bought them. Unfortunately, I could not get them to work at all in my Keurig 2.0 brewer, and they were not easy to get open by cutting into them without making a huge mess and losing most of the coffee, so I gave my "engineering manager" husband the task of figuring out how to make them work, and he did. So, if you ever run into a k-cup that doesn't work in your 2.0 brewer, it's most likely because the label on top of the k cup has to have a special thread of some sort that the brewer checks for before allowing the brewing cycle to start. These k cups apparently didn't have that special thread in their label, so my husband took the lid off of one of our little purple re-usable k-cup filters that you can put ground coffee into (apparently those have the thread embedded in them), then he added a dab of honey from a squeezable bottle to the top of the k cup that wouldn't work, and stuck the purple lid from the re-usable k cup onto the sticky honey-covered lid of the coconut caramel k cup, put it in the brewer, and presto: worked like a dream. So if you ever run into one that doesn't work, you should try it and maybe your problem will be solved, too. Also, I took your challenge to crochet with just two thumbs and the palms of my hands, and I think I might have a way for you to make a chain. My only problem is figuring out how to film my hands My handsome engineer of a husband is on a business trip to Tennessee this week, but when he gets home, I'm going to have him set me up a camera so that I can make you a video of how I managed to chain with palms and thumbs. I'll let you know as soon as I get it posted to my channel (I rarely post videos, but I did for awhile when I was doing the mystery yarn challenge for the Armchair Chef channel.
