I originally wasn't going to make this one. I never played the DKC games and wasn't all that interested, but due to fan demand and me genuinely taking interest in this song, I decided to go ahead and do it. I'd say it turned out well.
I also decided not to only use Smash Bros footage, since it would get a little stale imo.

I read parts of this theme are similar to the main title from Ironsword: Wizards & Warriors II (1989), also composed by David Wise.

@pkslider725 yeah, when piranha plant came out I was playing piranha plant against a lvl 9 random (Wolf) CPU and I thought it was an actual person, he even hit me with up B like a normal competitive player would

Level 9 CPUs have always been designed to have near perfect reaction time. Though in this game, they go for way more risky plays, like going off-stage to edgeguard, which is why they’re so tough this time around. It’s also why they tend to kill themselves by accident so often.
