thank you so much for this video it helped quit a bit sometimes when you have the pattern it makes more sense once you see the way the stitches will end up sometimes it seems wrong so watching the video gives confidence to what you are doing

I tried making this with only the written instructions and got confused so i found this video tutorial. I was abble to see what had me confused and followed nicely, however, i seem to be making something wrong somewhere as, the tip of my petals get a (id dare say cute) curve to the right. (Probably just because i'm just not used to patterns and counting stitches (cause it seemed to me like there werent enough chain stitches for the dc, hdc and sc but i mannaged how i could) i am a beginner afterall, i only made a 3 color stripes scarf so far which is just a lot of rows of DC.) However it remains cute (i've done 2 petals so far and already see ill need to sew a stitch or 2 so the petals get on top of each other nicely but the end result should be pretty nice. I wished the video went a tad slower on the first petal so she could really show close up which stitch she goes into (so i wouldnt struggle with the stitch count so much xD) but overall great tutorial :) Thanks for this beautifull flower ♡
