I love this story; I graduated with honors in English with a short story of a croc: Lake Placid came out soon after and I did the artist scream we all do, "That was MY Idea!". I so meant it.

Did not expect this to be as fun as it was.

The first Chinese horror film was made in 2012?! That’s insane. Some countries can be so different in cultures it’s unbelievable.

... No pun intended, but my jaw is literally in my lap. *This is absolutely the best film of it's kind I've ever seen,* and believe-you-me, as a die-hard SciFi-Horror-Thriller fan, I've suffered through an awful *LOT* of cheese. I'm also a 65 year old American master's level sociopsychologist who has had business dealings with China for some years by now. The film's top-quality production values and flat-out terrifically, intensely dramatic and laugh-out-loud hilarious performances are simply amazing. Compared with my personal experiences with the Chinese, it's *fascinating.* A lot of what I order from China comes carefully wrapped in Guandong-based newspapers, which have given me some insights into contemporary Chinese culture. I feel a cautious sense of relief, and encouragement from what I've been observing. And I sure could relate to those skinny-dipping little boys, ROTFLMAO ... because I myself routinely shucked my swimsuit right off whenever I could when I was about their age. Nothing felt better!!! And both the indoor and outdoor settings of the film were also amazing ... outdoors, in the background, were those fabulously ancient, worn-down limestone peaks ... the rafts of lotus plants ... such sheer natural beauty. I can't thank you enough for this stunning, eye-opening film. And to cap it off-- it's shot in beautifully executed passive 3D. So, I watched it wearing the clip-on passive 3D flip-down polaroid glasses I found, and got ... from my Chinese wholesaler. *WHAT A TRIP.*

Not a bad flick. worth the time to watch it. The voice overs were amusing at times, watching the girl yap for 10-15seconds after the voice over stopped. CGI was pretty good but I don't think I've ever seen anyone do ships or critters in the water well. Getting waves and ripples right takes some work. Here we have a croc sinking with nary a trace of moving water.

I kept rewatching the part when a single tear rolled down her face before she died, I felt so hurt inside like I could feel the same sadness she felt, she was just trying to protect her babies, and now her babies will avenge their mother!✨

If you're srarching the comments,well look no further bc this is a mix of thrilling,exciting,drama,& comedy all melted into one good movie starring the croc named Amau,who is sold by her owner unknowingly to a man who just loves to eat crocs,yet what he doesn't know is this croc doesn't take kindly to being someone's dinner. Amau also befriends a small boy & never eats him yet keeps him safe although the croc eating nut tries to use the small boy as bait to recapture it after a "preparing it for dinner fail" where it kills the preparer & ultimately escapes devouring a woman's Euros that she earned in Italy making pocketbooks. She's a real humdinger👌I'll yell you that lol yet all in all we give this flick 🌟🌟🌟🌟 "🌟's" for its creativity & realness throughout mixed with comedic reality. Gratitude for the upload,we've truly enjoyed💯👍
