Which capacitor raring to used in Uranus. I need to repalce as the speed is quite slow. Please help.

Light shade glass is broken wr can I get plz let me know

so its not controlled (On/OFF) by regular Fan Switch and even speed is not controlled by FAN regulator.

Can I keep the fan off and turn just the lights on? Let me know if it is possible.
