This an example just to show the calculation, if you are working on a scientific article, you have to further elaborate the dimensions.. it's a 5 point Likert scale
A negative Cronbach's alpha indicates inconsistent coding .. you have to make sure the items are uni-dimensional and having the same direction.. please share your excel socrat_ghadban@yahoo.com so i can check it
