To schedule future or recurring tasks we use the crontab command. Linux uses the cron service to schedule recurring tasks, so make sure the cron service is running. crontab command in Linux can be used in the following manner:
crontab -e
crontab -l
crontab -r

No. It should be 9-15 only. Because if you write 16 then it will happen in the 16th hour also. But the question says between 9 and 4pm which means till 15:59. I hope its clear now
