Don't let Kris lead you astray, he's a great DM. Our campaign is 2 years running and going strong. PS the mats from the first Kickstarter are working great!!
As a patreon supporter, I signed up because I'm a student and I love making your terrain, but couldn't pay what it was worth. This way I can contribute at least a little as a thank you for all the hours of fun you've given me as a crafter and my table during our sessions. You give so much to this community and it's really lovely. We appreciate you so much!
After a convo about “I love maps but they take so much work!” with a coworker… he pointed me towards Crooked Staff. Holy cow, this is the solution!!! I’ve made a bunch of terrain and will be setting up some test maps soon. Big big fan here!!!
Crooked Staff’s dungeons are beautiful and are my favorite iteration of the 2.5D dungeon. I don’t have the space to make my own stuff yet, but I’m chomping at the bit to get started.
Great interview. I've been watching Kris's videos for years. sometimes I'll buy and print his stuff, but I always enjoy seeing what his next creation will be. What started as only terrain has grown to include furniture, treasures, even some armor and weapons for your characters to find. Yeah. I.m even a patron supporter just to help out since he offers all his stuff for everyone.
I recently discovered crooked terrain and I’m hooked. Again I’m the “one shot guy” and he’s stuff is perfect. And it helps that it’s really fun and rewarding to make. Seeing the players reaction to pulling out these things that you made always brings a smile to my face. Cannot Recommend his stuff enough.
Such a great guy. Really cool products. I do intend to make a bunch of print and paste stuff at some point, but with most of my games played online, I’ve loved using his VTT tiles. Followed him on RU-vid for years, and decided to support him on Patreon a while back.
A new kickstarter is coming soon, samples will be with me within 20 days for the Second Generation Battlemats and the kickstarter will launch shortly after, so stay tuned!
