Crosman 1077 Air Rifle Unboxing And Chrony Test 

These rifles are nicely suited to cold weather c02 operation. There is ample room to put a chemical hand warmer in with the co2 cylinder. Makes em work like it's 70° in 15° weather.

I just picked up the 1077 kit at Canadian Tire for $109 on sale. Also picked up a tin of those black widow pellets. Tried to put 12 through, every 3rd shot jammed. I thought I had a lemon. Then I saw your video about the black widow pellets. Went back to Canadian tire this morning and picked up a tin of Crossman pointed pellets. 36 shots, only 1 jammed. Accuracy was dead on too. I'm very pleased. Thanks for your videos! Just wish I watched them before I bought those black widows. I fell for the gimmick. I wanted something to take down the rats around here before they hurt our dogs. Thought the black widow pellets would be the answer...nope. Thanks again!

I get the most bang for my bucks with the 1077! Than any other pellet gun My next choice was the 10/22 but i got the 1077 much cheaper and a better built gun > also in my opinion! The semi automatic. IS THE WAY TO FLY! IN ANY GUN ! one day we will figure out how to get 3000 flip out of the air rifle> oil helps! but creates drag where going to have to try to cut down the drag! like making a highly polish pellets, and with a silicone powder ect higher bust of air shots May even need to make glass pellets> ANY WAY IT ABOUT SCIENCE AND DESIGNS

i like them but they do got problems 1 is a sloppy trigger pull, 2 that really tees me off the pellets falling out of the speed loader, 3 the dam weak 12g co2 cartridges. 4 the new magazine the lip is to thick and make the magazine jam. hard to get out. I found away to fix it. take a sharp knife shave the lip down on both side a little each time until its comfortable for you to take out. Other than that i like it

For $140, compared to say, mid tier break barrels like Beeman guns, would you recommend this gun?

The only place here in the states i know, where to get the air adapter is On E-BAY its called the POWERLET ELIMINATOR to convert Crosman 1077 to BULK FILL CO2 (NO PCP/HPA ) and its 48 dollars > AMAZON RAN OUT OF EM

On Amazon sale right now for $32 US + $13 shipping. I'd get one but too much plastic.

It advertises at 670-780 - far from it... Did it break in better later on?

Cheaper and less dangerous than exploding targets are 2L plastic bottles (and some smaller) inflated to 85psi....just drill a hole in the cap and insert a tire valve, or buy a "Mega Boom" kit and use a regular needle inflator.....Makes a big BOOM without the grass fire hazard.....Lots of DIY videos on You Tube....Amazon may sell the kit...

I thought I wanted one of these but the velocity is unimpressive. I shoot a Beeman QB78s and Crosman F4 NP and both of them have higher velocities, I'm wondering why? Could it be that the guns sold in Canada shoot at a lower velocity?

They really took power out of it, used to be 725 fps… I killed a lot of squirrels with mine, untill it broke. Damn, wanted to get another one but not after this.
