Thank you so much for the commentary! Helps to understand what you look for and feel. Love "ride what I feel" and that he was "making my job easy for me. " thank you again. I personally like knowing what all goes on mentality wise.
OMG that was amazing to watch! What a fabulous Horse Johnny is and you can see just how much he loves it all! Fantastically ridden and trained, well done Elisa!
You are my favourite youtuber and your my inspiration I want to be just like you when I’m older with my horse as he gets more confident with jumping 🙂 xx
Hi Elisa, love your videos, I’ve always wondered how do you do your braids/plaits because they look so neat and tidy, can you make some sort of tutorial to explain how you do them? Thank you.
Delighted for you. We all know from your vlogs how you questioned yourself. It must have been emotionally tough. Onwards and upwards . The Babies will benefit from this learning process. 🇮🇪
So happy you didn’t let the haters get in the way one bit. You rose up and above and proved them wrong. Johnny looks amazing and you look amazing as always. You are such an inspiration and show the real side of the horse industry. Not the glammed up only good times side. You truly deserve all the success ! Hard works pays off !
What an amazing pair 😊 love his expression 💕 Beautiful riding congratulations 🥳 wonderful to watch such a beautiful cross country ride ! A true horsewoman and brilliant rider with her incredible horse 👏🐎❤️
So proud of you both well done, what a good ride he gave you, you have got a horse with a very big heart and it also helps that there's a good rider too 💖
Love that you always give your horses their due and also explain your role as the rider and highlight the partnership between you and your equine companions
It's a grease cross country jumpers use to help the horses slide off the jumps so they don't get stuck. XC jumps are solid unlike stadium jumps, so it would be dangerous if the horse couldn't slide off of them.
Quit beating yourself up. He looks great, much stronger and more fluid; he loves his job, he’s a much more confident horse this year (which of course means the dressage bores him...). Let it be fun again.
You put a HUGE smile on my face everytime you post. I bought an OTTB a few months ago and she is wonderful. In the beginning I was scared because I am not a good rider but watching you made me so much more confident! Thank you so much! Greetings from Germany!
An absolutely marvelous Cross Country run and he looked so good even in the stadium. He jumps so nicely rounded. You and all your horses are wonderful. Than you for allowing ing me to share in your life. Such a joy to watch Johnny progress. He loves that cross country run!
Didn’t know about galloping on either side of the ropes and not the middle. Interesting.......he’s thinking “finally fences I can jump !! Even bigger please!?”
It's important to stay in between the ropes, otherwise you'll go the wrong way - but you can cut the corners to save time, so sometimes you'll have the rope closest on your right side and sometimes on your left.
It's so cool to hear your thoughts on the ride! As always, Johnny did an amazing job and made the whole thing look effortless. Excuse my ignorance, but what do you mean by "gappy"?
I would interpret it as that she found more space (gap) between the jumps than expected - it's only mentioned on combinations where the striding of the horse turned out to be slightly wrong at the second or third part.
Love watching your XC round from your point of view. So awesome and motivating. Where did you get that show jacket though? I’m obsessed with the purple on it!
