Cross Creek Apartments FOR RENT Millington, TN 

You dont know what a bad apartment is until you have lived at Summer Trace Apartments on Summer Ave. That is a ghetto apartment. I think you are just too spoiled by living in luxury to realize how good you got it. I wish we could swim in our pool but you dont want to. Last time the cops got called and had to throw a guy to the ground who was trying to beat everyone up. We have cross dressers and drug dealers, fights with hookers, and holes in the walls to prove it. I cant wait to move to Cross Creek in November.

What Crap! Cross Creek apts. are such a joke. All of the amenities that they supposedly offer their residents are in poor condition. The only thing worth a crap is their pool and playground. When you call to have lights replaced in the breezeway or on the garages, they claim it's not in THEIR budget to get them fixed. Really? Liability issue, Hello? If expecting a pkg, make sure you're present to receive it, if not you may NEVER get it. Poorly run if you ask me.
