You should learn XSS attack first before teaching to others. Sharing incorrect information is not a good thing. These malicious scripts execute on the frontend in the browser, because the browser is the one who understands this javascript well not the database. Very bad explanation, if you watch this video you'll find out that you completely eliminated the role of an attacker, and the word X-CROSS is never explained which is related to the attacker's server.
