Cross Stepping & Noseriding: Number of Steps 

These are some of the most specific and useful tutorials out there, thank you ! I’d be interested in what you have to say about drop-knee turns and techniques or drills regarding how best to cross-step backwards into them.

Great tutorial! Thanks for pointing out the difference in walking between fast low tide waves and slower ones. This has definitely been an issue for me. Now I know it is OK to race forward on those low tide waves!
