Hand charted designs have a more cohesive patterning! The outlines of characters will be more solid and defined, while computer generated ones will have 3 or more colors over the outlines, making them more blurred. The pattern itself will also hold more confetti. Hand charted designs basically look exactly like the image, picture a coloring book design, whereas the comp ones, you can see only the blobs of likeness, which you will notice when I show the fish one on the floor, vs the hand charted version in the photo after!
