at 1:27 you say 'so long as I am just playing PVP', is this build / gear set up optimal / good in PVE as well?? what are the changes you'd suggest for PVE? Is there a list of traits that are the most important for PVE damage / defense? Sorry, still learning the game!
I explained later in the video why it is slightly better for pvp. For PvE enemies have a lot less evasionz so you don't need as much hit chance, so you can get a little more crit. Also with PvE you don't need as much survivability, so you can take gear that gives bad traits but good stats to get a tiny bit more damage
??? I seriously don’t get all these hot takes! It’s a different gameIt’s a RNG based rock paper scissor type System that is based on large scale combat. Any build will always have a hard counter.. as it should be. A fire mage will never beat an ice mage.. that being said this fire mage will burn this earth mage into oblivion!
@@EckoUntitlfor PvP just go purchase everything in the store and don’t grind. I when you see another player who purchased more than you in the store…also PvP can very so join a guild then you go buy more stuff in the store and the story keep going on…till you both open a saving account named I buy lucent and don’t play the game like a normal person…you can also buy lucent and call yourself I buy the store lmfao
Thank for the vid, i have a few questions if you got the time 1. I Followed yesterdays video and went for endurance on some of the pieces its only the cheap ones(armour and not jewelry) but still its not evasion so should i switch to evasion gear? 2. I also made the mistake of crafting purple steel flurry cbow and purple darkslayer daggers by buying their lithographs so i dont think i can buy blue weapons and level it up to 9 and kit it out anymore thats a mistake on my part what would you recommend me, should i farm for bis purple weapons from coop dungeons and only trait the weapons when i get the coop weapons after i feed the old purples to them ? 3.For the cloak i dropped the supreme devotion cloak should i keep it or buy blue, fully trait the blue and eat the blues for the blessing when i can fully trait the devotion ?
1. Only head, chest, legs, arms and feet can have endurance and or evasion as traits 2. Yes, get the co-op weapons and transfer your purples to them. Then trait them when you can
@@Aragon- Man youre one of the few youtubers who help out as much thanks. So do you think i should go for evasion items and for cloak i think i will also get a blue cloak and max it out . I had previously went for hexweaver hat & pants and soul mirror boots and maxed it out but duskblood and evasion seems the way to go if i can get enough lucent ill definitely try to swap those or just do a mix
I think I am missing something, because how did you get 1500+ evasion? I see the equipment but the math don't match. What am I missing? The equipment give a total of 5 x 120 = 600 evasion. You add some more with dex, but how did you get to 1500+? I can't see how.
@@saie_au I see that, but none of the equipment he is using provides passives with evasion. And the traits in all of them added gives a total of 600 evasion.
I believe melee damage poses the biggest threat in the current meta, particularly with the number of Greatsword players on our server. Additionally, the crowd control effects from melee characters are quite significant. With Smokescreen, our dagger kit also gives us an optional 100% chance to evade ranged and magic projectiles. What’s your opinion on this?
You can always avoid melee players when you learn to position and use your abilities well. Ranged and magic damage can just be unavoidable so that is the best to defend against. Yes it sucks getting slammed to the ground by a greatsword user, but the trick is to learn their animations and you can dodge them everytime and then they are stuck with long cooldowns
@@eliasdaibert8280 you will never be good enough to dodge all of their CDs , go melee range Eva you will be better off. Our party hits top 100 arena , my xbow user did this build basically and can't play the game vs gs/dagger and we know how good he is , it's just 2 much unbalanced shit
@@minimadladliam4884 yeah same haha its been since castle never came out since i played, i played a little untill level 80 dropped and then i quit when the company was sold to the other company that completely changed every class and took skill out of the game. but its good to see someone join a more active game that will bring in some views
You probably said it i misheard, you have the bis gear in bold but what about the gear right below it not bold. Is that gear basically the same strength?
Check the skill setup videos. All that really changed from the first, is that i like to use shadow strike instead of nimble leap in single target and ankle strike instead of weak point, used before Detonation mark
Guess what... the game right now is just over saturated but when the people who like the game will be the ones left they will merge servers and the game will have a healthy number of players still and it will still be ok... I am enjoying the game while it's around and playing and having fun I paid 70$ for the silver and bronze packs to support a game I play because I enjoy it and that's all I'll put in and I will still enjoy the game until the servers merge and then we are stuck with alot of the big pvp clans that are making bigger than 4 guild alliances and then I will leave quit but not all things need to last forever just play and enjoy the game while it's around and let yourself enjoy something for once instead of being so negative and so miserable constantly
With "Traits" ! It is even possible to go over 3k just with blue ! There is a lot a videos explaining why it is better to keep blue stuff because of the traits, it is way easier and cheaper to up your stuff on blue gear compared to purple ! You have 3 traits per piece of gear, and each traits have 3lvl... So on each piece of gear, you have basicaly 9 boost possibilities ! The recommandation is to keep and maximize blue stuff, until your new purple is perfect to make the replacement
@@Erased-_ I did the same :D What is already done is done ! I almost have all my BIS purple... I'm a bit under 2k5, just have to work on traits now ! It will take time but it is ok :)
@@olig2312 Also traits on blue gear give you blessings when transferred into purple so you aren't wasting anything by investing into them. A fully traited blue will give you enough blessings for about 3 guaranteed trait upgrades on your purple gear later using blue gear to upgrade it.
