@@chinikery2590 not really. You literally copy how the lemat shotgun reloads. Holster one and reload the other then switch (which is how you actually reload dual pistols or just one handed irl)
They will add everything eventually its ridiculous, instead of fixing the game they give every weapon every variant and every ammo type. They said they remove Dolich FMJ and they failed. Crytek sucks so much.
Nah you just need to get used to it, I've used crossbow a lot and honestly deadeye is not bad but I prefer the original especially with shot bolts. Steel bolts are trash though
@@muffinman5958 you can't shoot shot bolts for a long ranges unless you are crazy, cause they have a pretty high drop-rate And if compared to common bolts, steel bolts just faster and that's it. This little damage drop is necessary at all. It still makes bleeding, still hits hard, still don't oneshot Can't understand how it is trash :/

But I think, for "decent" range shotbolts will do as well, so shotbolts for low-medium and steel for long - sounds like perfect combo? Dunno. Yet, I just played like that nearly 10 matches in 5-6* lobbies and its too much fun than regular boring guns(
i think buffing fire damage while down was a good idea, but does anyone else feel like its too high now? the goal was to force more movement by increasing urgency of fire damage, but its so fast that in many cases theres nothing you can do besides let them burn, in which case you might as well just slow the fight. You already lost what you had to lose (a teammate) in 40-50 seconds, so whats the rush? I think a 50% increase would have done the trick, for the intentions of forcing movement, i think raising it by 150% had the opposite effect.
yah its basically suicide to try to res most of the time anyway though. I do think its too fast. there are other ways to fix this! the boss should be worth more than a level 50 hunter. people save their hunter over fighting the boss. this is just an example of one solution
@@TheCoolestNerds in terms of xp, retiring your hunter (1,500xp) is nothing in comparison to the boatloads of xp that goes directly to the bloodline if you sucessfully have a good match with a lvl 50. Ive personally gotten upwards of 11k in a single match with a maxed out hunter. People would commit more often i think if they knew this.
I love the burning changes, my bro and I already play for kills and rez if possible so when we get burnt out it’s one less thing that the enemies can leverage. Dying in a bad position gets you burnt out and dying in a good position relative to your teammate makes things much more winnable. Also, no more camping downed solos for ages just to not get shot in the back.
@@ramsaybolton9151 ive been using steel bolts on both normal crossbow and the scoped one and it's honestly really fun lmao, even if you don't one tap the person they usually don't know where they got shot from and freak out cause of the bleeding
As a certified crossbow Chad, steel bolts are trash, shotbolts are the best by far as you can pen with then and they will 1 shot if you get a direct impact no matter what. Regular ammo is fine but less consistent but easier to use. Explosive is nutty with sparks pistol poison or just generally sparks pistol. Steel bolts just don't really work well as if you wanted a silent gun with range just use a centennial shorty silenced which is easier to use quiet and a 2 slot

I adore how you like shotbolts, but you just can't shoot them at 50+ meters So you can't use them all the time and should to pair it with something (only in case if you are able to avoid any long-range fights) And for this "something" - steel bolts is just same as usual bolts, but faster
So this thing is really cool/fun and I'm glad they added it to the game, but i do feel that its use cases are pretty limited (if you wanna play optimally). Every time I run it, i find myself either in situations where i am close enough that the normal crossbow would be a lot less clunky, or just far enough that i would honestly feel way more comfortable using a side arm like like a pax true shot or a spitfire or whatever, because then at least i have the threat of quite a fast follow up on a body shot. I think if the steel bolts werent such hitmarker machines this wouldnt be the case as much, and I've actually found more success using this thing with the normal arrows for the most part. But even then, I typically feel i would have been better off running the normal crossbow with some shot bolts and a reliable secondary for range most of the time lol
choke beetle is underrated, cheaper than choke bombs and can choke a teammate from a little farther than 150 meters. I always run it especially with randoms
Well streamers dont use it, because they need all 3 shots and ammo box, so they have no space for it. Other people dont use it because they tend to forget it even exists or dont think about using it as an range choke bomb or they only use it to make enemies cough

Am I tripping or crossbow bolt drop is higher now ? I played a lot of crossbow and it feels really bad now. And bow has a lot less drop with the perk at range. Crossbow is just bad bow right now after the bow buffs.
I main crossbow, I’ve been running it in like 90% of my games since I started Hunt, this crossbow is amazing and I don’t think i’ll be using the normal one unless I wanna use my skins
I wanted to like this weapon, but I dont think it has any use? Maybe for sneaky solo play... but I dont think there is any reason to pick this deadeye over any other deadeye. OG crossbow still rocks though.
Its just an funny midrange weapon and if you use it well it can be a more precise bow, while also being a good close range weapon still. And dont compare it with other deadeye weapons, because theyre designed for far distances, and the crossbow only for medium range (i mean you can also use other deadeye weapons for medium range but also for far ranges. Also its more of a meme weapon and not supposed to be a meta weapon. So either have fun with it or just ignore it, if its not for you
The steel bolt is so trash, man. The point of it being faster is being able to land shots at a greater distance, but it loses its one-tap potential at only 27 meters.
use shot bolt to get the first kill then use steel bolts for poke/killing people that have been downed already, they aren’t amazing but the speed makes certain shots only possible with steel bolts
This is why the burning changes suck. You were giving those guys the business and rexnor just had to get burned out even though you were being aggressive
i dont like fire changes Crytech love to double down on nerfs/buffs like with flash bomb. 1 was enough, make burn faster OR make chokes dissipate faster with 2 buffs now sometimes you dont have enough time to throw chokes...

Dude, how about instead of making videos about the weapon no one cares about, make a guide how to prevent new hunt from crashing because of the map or how to make settings to actually apply and not jump to random values? I would very much like to know these. Hell, maybe I would even give a game another chance?
Sure because its his fault you use old parts, that are outdated? Maybe its time to upgrade your pc and dont try to blame the fault on other people.
